everyone actually. and i’m glad that they did.

last april 22 and 23, i made two batches of snickerdoodle goodness. yep. you read it right. snickerdoodles. no they aren’t made from the famous chocolate bar nor do they have any chocolate or nuts at all. they are actually simple cookies that will leave anyone who taste it craving for more.

it’s very light. it’s slightly sweet with a touch of cinnamon. hard on the outside but it has a chewy center that one would just love to nibble on and on and on. it’s perfect for a cup of coffee but in this case we paired it with our lola’s 75th surprise birthday celebration. i made something like a 150 cookies for the event. special thanks to my cousin nichole (who also made an awesome chocolate cake) and my ate boogie. it was a big hit! it was both appetizer and dessert for the party. people were just grabbing the cookies left and right. it was so cool… :D
